We will send your order as fast as possible. Shipping/Handling times are roughly, North America 1 week, World 2-3 weeks. In extreme cases overseas shipping can take a long as 6 weeks.
We do ship wordwide. This webshop hub has a warehouse in Iowa where we ship outr orders from. We recommend customers from other places than North America to shop from our Europe based main shop, where you will find a better selection. That shop is located in Germany.
We have a fixed shipping fee that varies slightly depending on where in the world you want the order shiped to: 5 USD in USA, 8 USD to Canada, and 13 EUR worldwide. No matter how much you order. So it's cheaper to put together a larger order ;)

14 days return without any need for a reason as to why you want to return the product. We will refund your purchase incl our shipping fee to you. You need to pay for the return shipment. We will refund your money after we have recieved the return. After 14 days your return time runs out.
Warranty whitin EU: You can still make a claim of a faulty product after the 14 first days have passed. This will be considered upon praxis and it needs to be clear that the problem was there from the start. If it is a transport related damage pls document the packaging BEFORE you open it. Thank you.
